ISO AUTO DEALERS COVERAGE FORM ELIGIBILITY

The Insurance Services Office (ISO) Auto Dealer Coverage Form is a combination of commercial general liability and commercial auto coverages. Eligibility is restricted to certain types of dealerships. Auto and trailer dealerships can be either franchised or non-franchised. Auto dealerships can be truck, truck-tractor, private passenger, recreational vehicle, motorcycle, and other self-propelled land vehicle dealerships. Trailer dealerships can be residence or commercial trailer dealerships. Equipment and implement dealers are also eligible.
Repair, parking, and service operations are not eligible. These businesses must use the Commercial General Liability and Business Auto Coverage Forms. CA 99 37–Garagekeepers Coverage should be attached to the Business Auto Coverage Form to cover the named insured's liability for damage to customer autos.
